Among them, upstream Youcai Technology supplies high-quality metal 3D printing powders and the world’s leading metal printing equipment, and has Tiufome TM dental laser selective melting titanium alloy powder that has obtained the Class III medical device registration certificate from CFDA; midstream the 3D printing center customizes the printing of the Smart™ series titanium alloy products, providing various printing overall solutions and technical consultation for medical and industrial fields; downstream DT DENTURE® is the flagship demonstration base for 3D printing dentures, and industrializes the application of various 3D printing raw materials, equipment, new technologies and new processes to produce various oral prostheses. 3,Laser 3D printing
Has accumulated various material forming process parameter packages, effectively controlling the warping and deformation problems during the forming process, ensuring better surface quality and forming efficiency. It can provide specific process parameters for extreme inclined planes and fine structures.
4,Post-processing
Efficient and comprehensive post-processing procedures ensure the dimensional accuracy of the printed pieces while achieving superior product quality.
5,Analysis and testing
A complete testing system, comprehensive analysis methods, and advanced testing equipment ensure the quality of the products.
6,Packaging and shipping
Provide unique identity verification for the product to achieve full traceability of the product.
