Does DT DENTURE® provide assistance with case planning?
The knowledgeable and experienced staff at DT DENTURE® will work directly with you to develop a detailed treatment plan for your case. Our team of experts will continue to support you throughout the entire process to ensure that the final restoration exceeds your expectations.
What is the timeline for a case?
The standard turnaround time for digital restorations is 3-4 business days in the lab; the standard turnaround time for all other products is 6-7 business days in the lab. To assist you in managing shipping logistics and holiday schedules, we will provide you with the DT Return Date Calendar—an easy reference for establishing the return date based on when your case is received.
What is the timeline for minor adjustments, such as contact additions?
Our DT DENTURE® Centers are fully equipped to manage minor adjustments in-house. The turnaround time is 1-3 business days.
How do we send a case?
We will provide you with boxes, shipping bags, mailing labels, and a starter kit if you are a new customer. If the case is a traditional impression or model, simply call us to schedule a pickup. If the case you are sending is a digital impression, please call us for initial setup instructions for uploading the case to us. Call us anytime for shipping supplies replenishment.
