DT DENTURE® is a pioneer in introducing digital technology into the field of dental manufacturing. It closely follows the advanced technological trends in oral restoration, materials science, and process science. After 30 years of continuous exploration and development, it has successfully achieved large-scale application of CAD/CAM digital technologies such as metal 3D printing and zirconia cutting, becoming a domestic high-end denture manufacturer with a considerable scale and influence. DT DENTURE® has received honors such as High-tech Enterprise, Sichuan Province’s Specialized and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise, Chengdu Enterprise Technology Center, Chengdu Model Labor Relations Harmonious Enterprise AA, and the top 30 industrial per-acre tax revenue enterprises in Shuangliu District.

Additive Manufacturing Center

There are over 10 resin 3D printers and more than 30 sets of scanning equipment and design software, with digital software and hardware facilities ranking at the forefront of the industry. The company uses 3D laser printing technology to produce various denture products such as fixed crowns and bridges, removable partial denture frameworks, implant bridges, implant guides, retainers, retainers, and precision attachments, which have received wide acclaim from the market.

Subtractive Manufacturing Center

It has over 10 cutting machines such as the latest Lava cutting instrument from 3M Company, German LMES five-axis simultaneous linkage cutting instrument, and several Deckeranamba thermal sintering furnaces, capable of manufacturing multiple series of zirconia restorations.

Research and Development Cooperation

The company integrates the introduction, research and development, production and sales, teaching and training of denture technology, continuously introducing, digesting, absorbing, applying and promoting world-class oral restoration methods and technologies. It maintains close technical cooperation with several well-known foreign dental companies such as Ivoclar Vivadent, Dentsply Sirona, BEGO, VITA, and DENTAURUM, and has multiple R&D projects with universities such as West China University of Medical Sciences, Fourth Military Medical University, and Shanghai Ninth Hospital.

Production Environment

DT DENTURE® attaches great importance to the guarantee of product quality and employees’ health in the production environment. The production workshop is equipped with temperature control systems, pressure systems, water source purification systems, dust treatment systems, and networked management systems. The professional, functional and modern production area environment lays a solid foundation for ensuring product quality.

 

In 2018, Tianqi Additive completed the full acquisition of DT DENTURE®, enabling a new industrial upgrade for DT. The upgraded DT DENTURE® now aims to become a digital, intelligent and internationalized dental manufacturing enterprise with independent innovation capabilities.
