Mandibular relationship recording (bite wax):
The mandible is retracted to the point where the upper and lower anterior teeth are occluding, with the occlusion opening by about 2mm. Efforts are made to ensure the midline alignment, balance on both sides, and to avoid artificially causing malocclusion.

Indications:
Suitable for patients with Class II malocclusion caused by mandibular retrusion. Expansion appliances can be added based on the condition of the upper and lower dental arches.
